In 2022, our team designed and built this luxurious homestay located in the beautiful and serene Karjat. Situated on a vast site area of 3 acres, this tropical modern homestay offers a unique and tranquil living experience. With a structure area of 1070 square feet, the homestay offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

One of its unique highlights is the emphasis on a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces, with the verandah creating a seamless transition. This feature allows residents to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty while relaxing in the comfort of their own home.
